Return Terms
1. The product you receive from the cargo, without using, tearing off the label, destroying, deforming, from the date of receipt
You can return it as you received it (invoice and other accessories) within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of delivery.
2. When receiving your order from the cargo, please check it with the cargo officer who delivers it. Do not take delivery of the product / products that you think are damaged during shipment. If the product / products are damaged, be sure to keep a report to the cargo officer and send the products back without receiving them.
3. Before returning the product you have received, please provide information about the product you will return via e-mail to info@pro1one.com and get approval.
4. After the product / products reach us, the necessary examination is carried out meticulously. If it complies with the above conditions, an exchange is made on the same day. If you want a refund, a refund is made within 3 working days.
5. Refunds are made to the credit card if made by credit card according to the type of payment made, and to the bank account within 3 working days if made by bank transfer.
6. For the satisfaction of our customers and the continuity of our shopping, it is very important for us that the return / exchange process is a normal situation. We believe that the Buyer and Seller are inseparable.
7. In exchange transactions, the shipping fee of the new product belongs to the Buyer.
Cancellation Terms
When you want to cancel your order, you can call our Customer Service before the product is delivered to the cargo and notify your cancellation request. As a result of the request received by us, your order will be cancelled before delivery and your payment will be refunded to your credit card.
